During the Power phase, we continue to build upon the fundamentals of your Training Plan. This is where clients say "I am stronger than I thought I was" or "I never thought I could do that." And we love to hear it!
The Power phase utilizes compound barbell and dumbbell movements that are safe, effective and pain-free to build upon your solid foundation. In this phase, you will build lean muscle tissue that helps support bones, joints, and ligaments as well as more strength to assist you in day-to-day living. Alternatively, you might enjoy movement that tests your speed, agility, and quickness while improving your body's coordination, balance and mobility. Many of our clients choose to pursue both to keep things interesting, fun and truly total body.
Our health coaching program will give you even more knowledge about how your body moves and how to fuel it for lasting performance. A heavier emphasis is placed on positive habits that guide your nutritional and recovery practice. For example, to aid your recovery, we might guide you through meditation techniques which will help your body rest and digest before sleep. Tasks such as going to the grocery store or cooking may become more meditative experiences rather than stressful inconveniences when you know what to look for (reading a nutrition label) and to plan ahead (meal preparation). Our coaches will be there to listen to your experiences as your goals begin to materialize.

Can’t make it in to see our staff but interested in our programs? We offer our sessions online! Virtual sessions can be done anywhere in the world, with no equipment required and through text and recorded/live video chat.
